The Problem
ONEhrt is a conceptual Apple Watch app for sharing real-time heartbeats with loved ones across distance — an emotionally intimate premise that had to survive the strictest ergonomic constraints in consumer hardware. Most biometric wearable UIs default to clinical; this one needed to feel personal without sacrificing the glanceability a watch face demands.

My Role
I designed the complete wearable UX and a dedicated UI kit — high-contrast typography, explicit toggle states for privacy management, touch targets sized for a moving wrist rather than a still hand. Every screen was stripped down to three actions: view a live heart rate, manage who can see it, send a short contextual message. Nothing else made the cut, because on a watch face, anything else is noise.

The Result
The concept demonstrates a working balance between utility and emotional resonance on hardware that punishes over-design — a useful reference point for adapting complex interaction and state management into genuinely constrained, screen-limited ecosystems.
