The Problem
Event Rent runs one of Bahrain's premier event furniture and equipment operations, but its digital storefront didn't reflect that operational precision. The booking journey was fragmented enough that even simple rentals required back-and-forth clarification — a serious liability for a business whose entire value proposition is frictionless logistics.
My Role
I led the end-to-end UX/UI redesign, anchoring the visual system in the brand's existing black-and-white palette so the product photography — not chrome — stayed the focal point. The real work was underneath: advanced filtering, clearer category mapping, and a checkout flow rebuilt specifically for the mechanics of date-based rentals, delivery scheduling, and live inventory — problems a standard e-commerce checkout pattern doesn't solve.

The Result
The redesigned journey cut the back-and-forth that used to precede most bookings, shortening the path from browse to confirmed rental and positioning Event Rent as the more professional, more accessible option in a regional market where most competitors still rely on phone-based booking.
