The Problem

340+ hours of content, and one subscription decision to make

Code with Mosh, an e-learning platform with over 1.5 million students, needed a digital storefront to house 340+ hours of programming content across multiple stacks — React, Java, HTML & CSS, Git — while steering the business toward its real goal: converting browsers into “All-Access Subscription” members, not one-off course buyers.

My Role

Trust signals ahead of the pricing decision, not beside it

I architected a high-conversion interface that surfaced social proof — 10M+ views, specific student testimonials — before a visitor ever reached a pricing tier, on the theory that trust has to be established before a subscription decision, not argued for alongside it. Pricing itself was backed by explicit risk-reversal: a clearly visible 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, paired with a course catalog structured for fast browsing rather than exhaustive filtering.

The Result

A path from browsing to all-access, with the friction removed

The platform reduces the cognitive load of choosing between hundreds of hours of content, moving visitors from casually browsing beginner material to committing to an all-access subscription without a confusing detour through course-by-course pricing.
